Great bartenders. Great drinks. The doorman might take a while to warm up to you, but that's his job. This is one of the only places in the area that regularly carries my favorite (and a particularly hard to find) beer. No taps, but a great bottle selection with plenty of standards and plenty of revolving options.
It's a great neighborhood bar. Friendly people, great staff. Come check it out, you'll enjoy your time!
This is hands down my fav bar in San Diego me and my friends always share a laugh and the drinks are cheap, the guys are hot, and pool tables that will give you a run for your money. Thank you lancers love you 4 ever.
This is my favorite bar in town. They have the best Bloody Mary’s and Bloody Maria’s ever. Bubba the owner and all bartenders are always friendly and welcoming every time I’ve gone. Lisa is my absolute fave bartender. I love how friendly and chill the atmosphere is here. I recently started bringing my girlfriend, Jen and her dog, Luna (beagle) very friendly and welcoming always. Thanks so much for the love and dog treats for Luna. You have customers for life with us.
This is my kind of place. Really good selection on the juke box. Could be louder but hey o understand. People seemed friendly. Pretty good mix of ages
It’s always been a great experience for me at The Lancers, the bartender on Wednesdays is extremely nice, very knowledgeable, very hospitable and she is a great conversationalist. The door guy/security/barback and local musician is great guy as well
A great little cash only place to hang out, play pool, play pinball, play trivia, listen to good jukebox music, laugh, and talk with friends...or make new ones. I always have a blast here. It's right on the corner of Park and Adam's Ave and so close to some fabulous eateries! Plumeria, Absynnian food, American food, coffee, just a great location for neighborhood num-nums.
THE neighborhood dive bar. Lancers has been a staple and has no plans to stop. Staff is solid. The drinks are solid. Jukebox, 2 pool tables, what more could you ask for. There are some other games scattered throughout. Cash only (for now) and you can bring food in which is great with all the options across the street.
